County officials declared racism a public health crisis in 2019, the first such declaration by an American local government. The Strategy Dashboard gathers datasets in three categories - Institutional Practices, Living Conditions, and Health Outcomes. For example, the Institutional Practices section includes visualizations of workforce demographics and ARPA funding allocations.
