Council leaders used their Welcome Back Fund allocation for a one-year pilot of two digital services. Businesses in Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Coalville participate for free in ShopAppy.com's Digital High Street. This platform enables online shopping, appointment scheduling, and deliveries from a single source. The district-wide Hex loyalty app issues reward points for each registered customer purchase that are redeemable for local shop vouchers.
