Oklahoma City Public Schools are offering a $3,000 recruitment bonus for bilingual teachers. In order to qualify for the bonus, teachers must be bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Burmese and be evaluated by the Oklahoma Public School District's Language and Cultural Services Department. The recruitment bonus was designed to assist the district in hiring highly qualified teachers who can help diverse students socially, emotionally, and academically.
