Complete

The Office of the Mayor's Delegate for Universal Accessibility partnered with the Pedius company to make the Social Operations Room (SOS) accessible to deaf residents. By contacting SOS via the Pedius mobile application, operators can accommodate the needs reported by deaf residents with a voice-to-text interface. The Pedius mobile app is available for free to all residents and can also be used to contact coronavirus support and civil protection emergency numbers.
