St Paul, MN border crossing micro-mobility program

Planning

The cities of St Paul and Minneapolis are discussing the creation of joint bike-share and scooter-share programs that will allow riders to cross city boundaries. These programs would address the issue of discarded vehicles on each city's borders by allow users to ride seamlessly between the cities. Currently the vehicles are automatically disabled when they cross the vendors programming area.
