Tampa Bay will issue vouchers to 180 residents based on a random lottery of applicants. Recipients redeem vouchers worth $500 for eBikes and $1,000 for eCargo bikes at participating shops. The program issues vouchers of $1,000 and $2,000 for participants with qualifying incomes. City officials established seven goals for the eBike Voucher Program including connections to employment, use of bike infrastructure, and reduced traffic congestion.

eBike Voucher Program Overview The City of Tampa Mobility Department is offering an eBike Voucher Program for all City of Tampa residents. This program will not only help overcome some of the existing barriers to eBike ownership but will also provide access to reliable transportation to jobs, promote sustainable transportation, and improve the City's carbon footprint.
