The Safe & Sound survey created by a group of small businesses assesses a company's practices during COVID-19. This self-evaluation asks each participant to explain how they have changed customer interactions and workplace safety since reopening. Each participant also submits an organizational plan demonstrating limited capacity, social distancing, and mask use. Successful applicants receive window stickers and online graphics to demonstrate responsible reopening.

Safe & Sound and the City of Tampa encourage businesses to take the self-assessment survey and comply with the Safe & Sound standards in order to earn their sticker which can be prominently displayed at their place of business.
