City shifts to an end-to-end cloud-based digital solution

Recognizing the need to switch over from a paper and Excel based process, officials from Watauga, TX engaged GovPilot to provide an end-to-end cloud-based digital business registration process. The results were immediate. According to the City Manager, work that took days with Excel, now takes only minutes - or just a couple of clicks with GovPilot, which is critical now that the city is seeing an increase in new business registrations post-pandemic.
