Wellington City Council, NZ energy efficient buildings
Wellington City Council partnered with Beca, an engineering consultant, to utilize their B-Tune service in two central city buildings. The B-Tune service makes economically-efficient adjustments to the atmospheric conditions of the buildings. The B-Tune service includes a dashboard which showcases real-time data to improve energy control decisions in the buildings. The Council created these energy efficient buildings as part of the Wellington Smart Buildings Challenge.
