Bilbao, PV created an electronic registry for residents to authorize third-party POA services

Bilbao, PV third-party POA services registry for residents

Complete

The Bilbao City Council launched the "General Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney" to facilitate municipal procedures and services involving third parties. The registry allows residents to authorize another person or legal entity to carry out Public Administration procedures on their behalf. The registry prevents residents from being required to repeatedly submit the same documentation proving the representation each time they carry out an administrative procedure.
