STTP transit agents are testing Carcará drones over busy intersections throughout the city. Signage was placed at observed locations to comply with national regulations. Participating agents received federal training on drone operations prior to the pilot. Campina Grande anticipates road planning, traffic management, and emergency response functions for the Carcará when the program is fully operational.
