The two councils unveiled the View My Rates tool for a one-month feedback period. Users find tax rates levied by both governments after entering Christchurch addresses into the search bar. Each property includes a detailed list of services covered by council rates during the 2021-2022 fiscal year. A feedback form at the top of View My Rates asks for user ratings of current usability as well as suggested features.
