Denbighshire County Council launched a new Tourism Ambassador Scheme to improve the local visitor experience. The scheme included a series of free interactive online training modules focused on the culture and history of Denbighshire. Each module takes less an hour to complete using text, images, and movies to help users learn about the county. Participants are awarded a certificate, pin badge, and window sticker to display at their business for visitors based on the amount of modules completed.
