Dortmund, NW NOX-Block Project Emission Vehicle Charging

In Progress

Dortmund, Iserloh, and Schwerte plan for 680 street chargers across the three municipalities by September 2022. Four hundred chargers will be integrated into street light fixtures and accessible by mobile app. The remaining stations are intended for private and restricted-access public areas. University researchers will evaluate how the NOX-Block network impacts local emissions and charging access for residents who primarily park on streets.
