Las Vegas, NV 5G-ready private municipal network
The City of Las Vegas partnered with Terranet Communications, an LTE and 5G provider, and Baicells, a LTE and 5G manufacturer, to deploy a 5G-ready private municipal network. The Advanced Connectivity for Community and Economic Development (ACCED) 5G-ready private network was created in order to improve connectivity for city services and close the digital divide for residents. This network also offers the shared infrastructure for INZONE innovation projects in Las Vegas and Clark County.
