Commuters find answers to common transportation questions by chatting with the AgentSmttVirtual chatbot. The Municipal Superintendent of Transport and Traffic (SMTT) updated its NOI Citizen app to enable accident reporting and transit complaints. NOI Citizen also offers location-based alerts about traffic incidents and a ticket tracking system. SMTT developed a virtual wallet that improves the portability of licenses and registrations for taxi drivers.
