Varberg, SE conducts travel habit survey of local residents using TravelVu mobile app

Varberg, SE TravelVu Mobile App Travel Survey Residents

Municipal officials recruited12,000 residents aged 15 to 74 for the month-long campaign. Participants were asked to record at least five days of travel behaviors through TravelVu. The mobile app automatically tracks travel distances, times, and types with users prompted to confirm information at the end of each day. Varberg incentivized participation in the survey with an end-of-month drawing for 10 SEK 500 gift cards to local restaurants.
