The City of Vicenza launched the "Comuni-Call" mobile app to help improve the maintenance activities that Amcps performs on the municipal heritage. The free app allows users to send real-time requests for intervention on roads, sidewalks, cycle paths, green areas, signs and public buildings directly to the Amcps operations center. The city implemented the app in order to increase the number of interventions, reduce the commitment of technicians for inspections, and provide rapid solutions.
