Welland, ON temporary COVID-19 transit reservation system
In Progress
The City of Welland implemented a temporary transit reservation system and suspended on-demand same day service in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The reservation model was designed to provide residents with safe public transportation for essential travel only. Passengers must make a reservation 24 hours in advance for this free service by calling Welland Transit. Travel is limited to only medical appointments and employment with grocery store visits allowed once per week.
