The program offers subsidies ranging from 2,000 euros to 6,000 euros for pre-project development costs. Groups of seven or more project partners are eligible to apply for funding that covers design, inspection, and consultation costs. Eligible projects range from rooftop solar panels on neighboring businesses to a neighborhood smart grid. Apeldoorn approved an annual fund of 50,000 euros for the two-year program.
