Atlantic City partnered with GovPilot to deploy an IT Ticketing module to streamline its request and response process for IT issues. The IT Ticketing module replaced the city's previous single-use, email-based system which was less efficient for tracking and reporting. The new IT software allows city officials to generate reports with a few simple clicks and it automatically timestamps requests and sends status updates.

Atlantic City's IT Department typically took days or weeks to resolve tickets using the previous system but GovPilot's IT Ticketing module resolves tickets within minutes. Reporting, response times, and completion rates are vastly improved using the new IT system compared to the previous email-based system.
