The Municipal Government of Chihuahua launched the "Ni Una Menos" program to provide emergency shelter for women in danger. The "Ni Una Menos" program provides urban transport operators with training on gender issues and raises awareness about violence against women. All public transport drivers that participate in the program are required to board any woman in danger and alert the Municipal Police with the "Marca el Cambio” panic button mobile app.
