London Borough of Camden, GB develops digital planning notice and playbook based on COVID-19 lessons
London Borough of Camden, GB Digital Planning Notice
Camden and Middlesbrough are designing a planning notice system to bridge the engagement gulf created by COVID-19. The proposed system issues digital alerts to residents for online feedback on development applications and placemaking initiatives. This process uses GIS mapping and GPS data to connect participants with localized plans. A playbook on successful tools and processes for digital planning would grow over time based on adoption by other councils.
