London Borough of Havering created the "Havering Together" transformation initiative to redesign, modernise, and improve local government services and productivity. The initiative's slogan was "cleaner, safer, prouder, together" and this collaborative mindset was presented to 3,500 employees. The Havering Together team consisted of only 12 staff members dedicated to changing the Council's workforce management to give power back to residents and businesses.
Project Succeeded
Havering Council was recognised for its work in local government improvement by Public Sector Transformation Partner iESE when the "Havering Together" initiative was awarded the Bronze for Best Transformation Team Award.
