Los Angeles County, CA marketing strategies improve services

In Progress

The Los Angeles County Department of Workforce Development, Aging, and Community Services partnered with the non-profit FUSE Corps to more effectively use data to target communities in need. The county is using private-sector marketing strategies for goal setting, data collection, and data measurement to achieve equitable outcomes for the community. These strategies include customer segmentation, journey mapping, and analyzing metrics in tandem with one another to measure program effectiveness.
