The City of Moscow is partnering with Bird Rides to launch a shared-used electric scooter program. The Moscow City Council unanimously approved a one-year license agreement Bird Rides to deploy 25 to 35 e-scooters. The agreement states that Bird Rides will add more scooters incrementally on a weekly basis until the city reaches approximately 200 e-scooters in total. Bird Rides is paying a license fee to the city to deploy the e-scooters and is maintaining a 24-hour hotline for complaints.
