Utah County, UT generates resident feedback on public services with Assemble app pilot
Utah County, UT Assemble Resident Feedback Pilot
The county commission approved a pilot of the Assemble app for public departments. Residents download the app, select Utah County, and find topics for consideration based on their location. Assemble users vote thumbs up or down and view results for each topic. The County Clerk/Auditor's Office developed questions about elections, taxes, and licenses to start the pilot. Residents of the City of Vineyard were the initial focus of the pilot before other communities were added.
