Coventry City Council used Bang the Table's EngagementHQ platform to create the "Let's Talk Coventry" online engagement hub. The online hub was designed to go beyond the scope of traditional surveys with a multimedia approach to community engagement. The Council transformed the potential risks and new dynamics of digital engagement into an opportunity to improve community participation and elevate the conversation on issues such as climate action, social housing, diversity, etc.
