The Municipality of Grosseto's Public Relations Office implemented two new digital functions to improve the relationship and communication between residents and the administration. The first IT tool is a mobile app that centralizes reports towards a single channel. The second IT tool is a virtual assistant equipped with artificial intelligence that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days week to guide residents through online procedures and help to solve problems.
