Ogdensburg, NY sales tax-sharing deal
The Ogdensburg City Council unanimously approved a tax-sharing deal with St. Lawrence County that will see the city receive 0.5% of county sales tax collected within city limits. City officials are continuing to pursue an arrangement in which the full 1% of extra sales tax revenue would be directed to the city instead being split with the county.
