Auckland Council, NZ online maintenance reporting tool
Auckland Council launched a new online maintenance reporting tool. Residents can use the tool to report maintenance problems at local parks, community facilities, beaches, roads, or public spaces. Users can then track the progress on a reported problem via text, email, or the my AUCKLAND online service by simply providing a reference number. This tool was designed to reduce the amount of time and effort it takes for residents to report problems to the Council.
