The City of Franklin is using Polco's National Community Survey (NCS) to guide local event planning during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to NCS results, residents rate Franklin higher than the national average on resident participation in city-sponsored events and value community connectivity even during the pandemic. In response to these findings, the city planned safer holiday celebrations including an online custom contest, virtual tree lighting ceremony, drive-thru Christmas park, etc.
