The Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) partnered with Cubic Transportation Systems to implement the Umo software-as-a-service platform to launch account-based ticketing for riders. Umo's fleet functionality features allow MCTS to reduce maintenance times, update communications with vehicles, and quickly deploy bus fleets. The Umo mobile app allows users to access all-in-one fare-payment and trip-planning features that boost transit equity and enhance the rider's experience.
