Oklahoma City partnered with TeamDynamix to replace an antiquated IT service management platform with a new self-service portal. The TeamDynamix platform allows city employees to submit and review service requests remotely. The platform helps 5,000 city employees work more efficiently by streamlining the delivery of IT service through automated workflows. The city is also planning to implement the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software to more effectively allocate IT resources.
