Oxfordshire County Council partnered with Voi to launch a pilot of the Captur visual support platform. The Captur mobile app allows residents to report the exact location of abandoned e-scooters by simply scanning a QR code and submitting a photo. The pilot was designed to address public concerns about micro-mobility clutter caused by stray e-scooters.
