The City of San Diego is one of the first cities to offer Bird's newest Bird Three electric scooters in its smart bikeshare programme. San Diego State University (SDSU) has partnered with Bird to offer its 44,000 students, staff, and faculty a carbon-free micromobility transportation option for navigating the 280-acre campus. The Bird Three e-scooter's new features include dual hand brakes, onboard diagnostics, a 56-mile range for a single battery charge, etc.
