Elizabeth, NJ implemented GovPilot's Code Enforcement module
The City of Elizabeth partnered with GovPilot to implement their Code Enforcement module. The cloud-based system replaced an inefficient paper-based process which often involved misplaced documents and time wasted updating residents over the phone. Residents can now report their concerns online, using the Report a Concern form or the GovAlert app, to an automated workflow which schedules inspections and communicates status updates.

Since deploying GovPilot's Code Enforcement module, city employees spend 82% less time on the phone and 66% less time communicating with requestors and other departments. The cloud-based system eliminated resident walk-ins and saves city employees two hours per day.
