The City of East Moline, alongside the cities of Moline and Rock Island, partnered with LiveStories to deploy FORWARD, a new business recovery platform, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. FORWARD is a free online portal that connects local businesses to a comprehensive list of resources including grants, loans, credits, etc. Businesses can use the platform to determine their eligibility for resources, apply for funding, and track their progress.
