The city's IT Services team created the AI-enabled bot to assist residents with questions about the outbreak. DalBot answers hundreds of questions about COVID-19, the city's response, and testing centers. The bot also handles 311 service requests, requests for public office contact information, and questions about facility hours. Developers programmed DalBot for exchanges in English and Spanish to serve the vast majority of local residents.
