Jackson, NJ implemented GovPilot's full suite of cloud-based modules to replace paper-based systems
Jackson, NJ is using GovPilot's suite of cloud-based modules
Jackson Township implemented GovPilot's full suite of cloud-based modules after a successful trial of their free modules during the COVID-19 pandemic. GovPilot rapidly on-boarded 17 critical modules for Jackson Township's Clerk's Department to replace its paper-based systems with public-facing GIS maps, digital reporting, public open record requests, etc. The Clerk's Department is using the Receipting and Expense Tracking module to track COVID-19 related expenditures for FEMA reimbursement.

Project Succeeded
Implementing the GovPilot modules has allowed Jackson Township's Clerk's Department to operate remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic while continuing to provide services to residents. The digitized forms and processes saves the Clerk's Department's five employees 40 hours per month which can now be spent on other critical tasks.
