Portland, OR electric cargo bike delivery hubs

Ideation

The city of Portland is considering the development of electric cargo bike delivery hubs to reduce downtown traffic. These "micro delivery hubs" would provide locations for emission-free last-mile deliveries, electric vehicle charging stations, and community gathering spots. The city is evaluating the American Rescue Plan and Build Back Better funds as possible sources of funding for the project in early 2022.
