A prototype for a ‘digital’ planning notice and a playbook for digital place-based engagement

A digital planning notice will provide a user-friendly way for people to find out about development proposals near them. It will include more consistent signposting to planning consultations connected to that location. The playbook will allow users to navigate the array of strategies, platforms, and tools for digital place-based engagement. It will provide support to develop comprehensive and effective approaches to be used independently or alongside traditional face-to-face consultation.
