According to recent NCS results, which Gilbert displays on its open data portal, approximately 98% of residents rate the town as an excellent or good place to live.

The National Community Survey (The NCS) is a benchmarking survey that provides a comprehensive picture of resident perspectives on community livability.

Project Succeeded

The Town of Gilbert received two 2020 Voice of the People awards for Excellence in Foundations of Livability and Excellence in Built Environment. The award is presented by Polco, the National Research Center, and International City & County Management Association to acknowledge local governments with the highest NCS ratings.
